If the file has NOT been downloaded we will be glad to offer a refund less administration fees due to change of mind. However once the files has been downloaded or emailed to you a refund can not be issued. All items have been tested and should work. At times some technical issues may arise that you may need help with please do contact us if you are have problems with the files. We are here to help. All Word document templates purchases need basic Microsoft Word skills. If you do not feel comfortable with Word please contact us to help you through it.
