WHAT IS A DIGITAL FILE?

The digital files is a cost-efficient way to get high quality art instantly especially when you urgently need it. You don't have to pay for shipping and wait for days for your prints to arrive. You can print on a home desktop printer, upload to your favorite online print service or your local print shop.
WHAT SIZES CAN I PRINT MY PERSONALIZED ART?

The file(s) you have been delivered prints up to A3 which is roughly 12 by 18 inches or 30 by 42 cm unless you specified for different size. Going bigger? Just let us know what exact size you plan to print it and if you want it to be a PDF or JPG file and we will make sure it is at the correct resolution and file format you need for your printer. Going smaller? Easy, you can use the same file you were sent without contacting us for a new file size.
WHY CAN'T I PRINT FROM MY IPHONE OR SAVE TO MY PHOTO GALLERY?

We regret we do not provide technical support or printing services, but we can confirm the exact files we provide to you have worked for tens of thousands of customer orders. The easiest route is to forward the original email we sent you with the attachments to your print house.

In the U.S., Staples, FedEx, Kinko's or anywhere that offers office printing in Australia, KwiKopy, Snap printing, OfficeWorks.
WHAT KIND OF PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND?

This is a personal choice, our preference is heavyweight matte paper. Many office supply stores offer high quality heavyweight matte photo paper that will work well with your desktop printer. You can also use satin, semi-gloss or glossy paper for your prints, which would work particularly well for full color photographic prints.
