Once you placed your order email hello@prettytimely.com send through all the lovely picture of you and your bridal party and the following information. Make sure you send through close up pictures of you with fav smile.

Do note Business hours is Monday to Friday. The Design Studio is closed on the weekend. To assist you in planning your time do factor in at least 48hrs for any changes if you need any.
REFUNDS?

Please ensure you send the photo you want your illustration to be base it on. If it has to be redrawn as you change you mind and prefer another picture to use if it has already been drawn it will be considered as another illustration and cost as new illustration.
Once the work has commenced unfortunately there is no refund. Please ensure that you check it is available in the location you want to use it. There is no refund once work has commenced.
